St Clair County Announces Establishment of Special Needs Registry
The St Clair County Emergency Management Office (EMA) announced today the development of a county-wide registry for residents with special needs. It is designed to assist first responders and emergency planners in identifying those residents that may need assistance in evacuating during an emergency.
